Our Mission

To me, rescuing animals is not a hobby or a phase; I live it and breathe it each and every minute of each and every day. I believe that no living soul is beyond repair and I will continue to do my best to fix each and every living thing I come into contact with here at the Haven. This has become my life purpose.

How we do it

It is a sad fact that animal cruelty is becoming more common and the purpose of the Ani-Mel Haven is to offer a safe haven for abused, neglected and abandoned animals & birds and injured wildlife.

We also offer a forever home to animals with disabilities and special needs, those who are often over looked due to their imperfections.

We offer a forever home for animals and birds that cannot be released back into their natural habitat and rehabilitate and release whenever possible.

We also offer animal-Assisted therapy to people suffering from mental illness, disabilities or other life struggles. Basically we can offer help to anyone who needs us including visits to care homes and day centres.,
The power of Animals is unbelievable, Nothing nicer than watching them work their magic and bringing smiles to people's faces.

We also visit schools to help educate children in the importance of animal welfare.
