Our Mission
Gateway into the Community’s aim is to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities by supporting their access to social, leisure and learning opportunities. The organisation has grown and developed as a consequence of the expressed needs and aspirations of our members.
How we do it
Our regular groups include 3 adult, 2 youth and 2 older persons social groups, as well as special interest groups for arts/crafts, computing, performance, sports and healthy life. We have an individual support service and a day service for young adults. We also offer courses in social and personal development as well as employability skills.
